We are looking for a driven Portfolio Solutions Owner to take end-to-end ownership of our portfolio solutions across the Swedish business. This is a business-responsibility role– a position focused on internal impact, strategic development, and acting as a placement specialist supporting our teams with property and casualty solutions

The Role

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our portfolio solutions are commercially strong, well-structured, and fit for purpose. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys internal work, driving improvements, and creating structure in a complex environment – rather than spending most of the time in external client meetings.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and develop Marsh Sweden's full set of portfolio solutions, ensuring clear value proposition, governance, and commercial performance
• Drive prioritisation and continuous improvement of portfolio offerings, including identifying gaps and opportunities
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Placement/Market Management, Specialty, Operations) to ensure alignment and execution
• Monitor portfolio performance and business outcomes, and translate insights into actions and recommendations
• Support internal communication, documentation, and ways of working related to the portfolio solutions
• Act as a placement specialist responsible for placing FINPRO's property and casualty insurance solutions

What You Bring

• Broad, generalist understanding of the insurance business and how products/solutions are built, positioned, and managed
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to take ownership and drive work forward in a structured way
• Confident and resilient style – comfortable challenging and influencing stakeholders
• Enjoy internal collaboration and working cross-functionally with multiple teams and priorities

Experience and/or strong interest in one or more of the following areas:

• Property
• Liability
• KOFF
