Our Portfolio Solutions teamprovide bespokeand tailoredinsurancesolutionsand risk management for private equityfirmsto help themprotect their portfolio investments. Wereview existing fund risks and recommendimprovementsandensure they havethe right insurance coverage to protect their assets over the long term.
The Graduate Programme
You will join a collaborative and ambitious team where our clients are at the centre of everything we do. We are looking forrecent or soon-to-be graduates who are interestedin Private Equity andare curious to learn how insuranceprotectstheirinvestments.
This programme is designed to give you early exposure to real client work, supported by structured training andhands-onlearning from experienced professionals.
Whatyou’llbe doing
Play an active role in reviewing investment funds, to analyse performance and risk profiles
Support the team with administrative tasks.
Support the review of existing insurance programmes, assessing their performance and recommending improvements to align with investor needs.
Gain early exposure to clients through meetings and learn how our experts offer strategic advice.
What are we looking for?
Noexperience ortechnical knowledge isrequired-we’llteach you everything you need to know!
Soon-to-be or recent graduates who are highly motivated to work with Private Equity clientsand are interested in the full fund process.
Individuals who enjoy researching and haveakeen eye for detail
Individuals with strong interpersonal skills who thrive on connecting and building relationships with others.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and comfortablespeakingwith senior individuals.
Resilient and hard-working graduates who are curious to learn and develop.
You musthave full unrestricted right to work in the UK.
