We will be glad to have you on our team as a Portfolio Sales Professional in Diagnostics, where you will contribute to the operation and overall success of Diagnostics business, ensuring achievement of goals and objectives.

Your role:

• Identify market needs, customer trends, and business opportunities through regular visits to existing and prospective customers
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, building long-term customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Drive sales growth by developing business with existing customers and acquiring new accounts to achieve sales targets
• Deliver presentations showcasing Siemens Healthineers' scientific and technological innovations
• Monitor competitor activities, market developments, and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks
• Prepare technical specifications and support the development of technical proposals for public and private sector customers
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying solutions that meet their clinical and operational needs
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with laboratory operators, directors, procurement department and hospital management

The role is based in Athens, Greece, with responsibility for covering assigned territories.

Your expertise/ skills:

• BSc/MSc in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in healthcare industry. Laboratory Diagnostic Solutions (IVD) selling experience, including Immunology, Chemistry, Hematology, and Coagulation will be considered an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Experience with public and private tenders and procurement procedures will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Collaborative mindset with a strong customer focus and passion for driving business growth
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
