Job Description

This temporary position will assist the Portfolio Review Coordinator with student portfolios, as well as portfolio reviews. This position will work 4-7.5 hours per day based on the following schedule:

• October 31st – December 23rd (4 hours per day)
• January 9th – March 4th (4-7 hours per day)
• March 7th – March 11th (4 hours per day)

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Deconstruct and mail back portfolios. Includes opening packages, organizing portfolios and documents.
• Assist in running audio/visual presentations of applicant portfolios.
• Assist staff and faculty in portfolio reviews.
• Fast paced note taking during the portfolio reviews

SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to be detail-oriented
• Ability to take and follow directions
• Ability to work with a broad range of personalities
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to troubleshoot basic audio/visual equipment

EDUCATION

• High school graduate or high school proficiency

EXPERIENCE

• Computer experience with knowledge of audio/visual equipment
