This position will be focused on business developmentthrough theclient database, to promote and sell cash, lease, and finance renewals. They willbe responsible forestablishingclient retention processes and actively selling through portfolio management databases. They will educate clients on various dealer options while promoting an overall positive customer focused retail environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provides customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
Describes all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Reviews sales agreement with the customer to ensure vehicle, options and price are correct.
Completes credit application with the customer and discusses payment terms.
Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases ina timelyand efficient manner.
Provides customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
Calls and coordinates with customers to explain leasing services and renewals.
Monitors and organizes appointments and customer account information in One Eighty
Maintains customer and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure
Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment
Skills and Qualifications
2-5years of experienceinsimilarcapacity and/or automotive lease administrationisrequired
Valid OMVIC License
Valid Ontario Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
Experience with One-Eighty andCDK isan asset.
Proficient with the following computer environments: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, InternetExplorerand Outlook
Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines
A calm but professional demeanor for dealing with customersregardingtheir accountsbalanced with, a perseverance tomaintainpressure for payment with difficult accounts
Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability tomaintainconfidentiality of pertinent data.
