Responsibilities:

• Engaging with existing and prospective tenants to promote the portfolio's workspace and community.
• Responsible for the prospecting of tenants, and along with the leasing managers, will facilitate the initial engagement of office
• and retail tenants.
• Establishing strategic relationships with tenants.
• Engagement of portfolio tenants with the ByTheBay platform and its
  various categories particularly BayGreen, BayGive, BayFit and BayPlay.
• Build relationship with Marina Bay stakeholders to promote Marina Bay
  events on the ByTheBay platform to encourage community engagement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Min 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles.
• Experience in the real estate industry or a related sector is strongly preferred
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive business growth.

Working Location: Raffles Place

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $8,500 + AWS + VB
