You will strengthen our project portfolio by ensuring predictable, high-quality execution across multiple projects running in parallel.
Bulk builds sustainable infrastructure that supports the digital society of tomorrow. As a leading Nordic provider of high-performance, energy-efficient data centre solutions, we design and operate infrastructure that powers the digital economy with 100% renewable energy.
Located within the PMO, you will serve as a key link across the project lifecycle, from early phase to construction. You will own the integrated planning perspective across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring cross-project alignment, reliable forecasting, and consistent planning standards throughout the portfolio. You will drive integrated planning and planning governance across the entire project landscape, ensuring early-phase assumptions, development inputs, and execution plans are fully aligned. By equipping Project Managers with clear structure and delivering portfolio-level insights, risk assessments, and scenario analysis, you will strengthen decision-making throughout the project organisation.
What you'll do
As our Portfolio Planning Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:
Lead integrated planning across multiple complex projects running in parallel while developing and maintaining integrated multi-discipline project schedules.
Ensure schedules comply with PMO standards and planning best practices.
Own the planning perspective across a portfolio of strategic projects, identifying cross-project dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery risks.
Lead portfolio-level progress monitoring, schedule variance analysis, performance reporting, and milestone forecasting across multiple concurrent projects.
Conduct schedule risk assessments and uncertainty analyses to strengthen forecasting accuracy and support scenario-based decision-making.
Challenge planning assumptions and proactively identify risks, trends, and mitigation opportunities to improve delivery predictability and support better decision-making.
Facilitate schedule reviews, planning workshops, and alignment sessions with key stakeholders.
Drive improvements in planning tools, templates, and digital workflows, including exploring new technologies such as generative AI.
Provide planning insights to support workforce and resource forecasting.
Who you are
You bring structure to complex situations and use analytical thinking to create reliable plans. You are comfortable working across multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and influencing senior stakeholders through structured planning, forecasting, and sound judgement. You identify risks early, ask the right questions, and approach challenges with a strategic problem-solving mindset. You communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and adapt quickly when plans change. You take initiative, seek better ways of working, and help raise planning quality across the organisation.
What you bring
