  • Build new commercial opportunities – Proactively identify prospective partners, develop outreach opportunities and represent Hearst brands externally through relevant industry networks, events and relationships.
  • Support portfolio growth strategy – Work closely with the General Manager to develop and execute business plans, go-to-market materials, product launches, membership propositions, commercial opportunities and strategic projects across the portfolio.
  • Develop propositions and sales collateral – Lead the creation, maintenance and distribution of brand plans, insight decks, media packs, pitch materials and other commercial collateral, ensuring they are current, compelling and aligned to brand positioning and audience needs.

  • Use audience and market insight – Partner with internal insight and marketing teams to translate audience intelligence, consumer behaviour and market trends into opportunities to grow acquisition, engagement, membership and retention.
  • Support financial and commercial performance – Contribute to budgeting and business planning, manage individual project and partnership budgets, monitor performance and support commercially effective and cost-efficient decision-making across the portfolio.
