ROLE

The Portfolio & Operations Lead plays a pivotal role in enabling the effective delivery of the International Business Unit (IBU) DD&T portfolio. The role provides operational leadership to drive execution discipline, improve portfolio visibility, and ensure strong alignment across markets, Centre of Excellence teams, and key stakeholders.

Working in close partnership with market leaders,CoEteams, and the broader DD&T leadership team, this roleestablishesand maintains the portfolio operating model, governance cadence, and reporting framework that underpin effective decision-making. It provides a single, trusted view of portfolio priorities, progress, adoption,impactand risks.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

PortfolioImplementation&Reporting

• Lead theimplementationand ongoing managementof the DD&T portfolio, working closely withCoE’stoidentifypriorities, deliverymilestonesand impact measures

• Partner with Core Countries and ClusterLeaderstounderstandbusinessneedsandaccelerateadoption

• Establish and embedconsistent portfolio ways of working acrossCoE’sand markets, ensuring transparency and execution discipline

• Build,implement&maintainDD&T portfolio tracking solution,providingvisibility of priorities, progress,impactandrisksoutcomesaligned with Global frameworks

• Establishportfolio operating rhythm, enabling effective governance, decision makingand self-service visibility across markets andCoE’s

• Deliver clear, concise reporting and insightstoDD&T leadership

Operational Excellence

• Operationalizetrackingand reporting ofKPIsQBRand performance metricsanddelivery outcomes

• Monitor delivery performance, risks, and dependencies, enabling early intervention

• Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency.

Experience10 + years in portfolio/technicaloperations leadership.
