  Data Collection and Analysis: Systematically collect and analyse financial and operational data from portfolio companies.

  Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and compare actual performance against targets and industry benchmarks.

  Reporting: Prepare regular reports, including monthly financial summaries, quarterly business reviews, and ad-hoc performance updates.

  Internal Coordination: Collaborate with investment teams to provide insights and updates on portfolio performance.
• 
  External Communication: Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and advisors, providing them with regular updates on portfolio performance and value creation efforts.

Requirements

• 
  At least 3-5 years of experience working in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or external auditing.
• 
  Strong in financial, accounting and presentation skills.
• 
  Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu.
• 
  Passion for new technologies and learning emerging business models.
• 
  Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the big picture and develop long-term strategies for value creation.
• 
  Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to data analysis and reporting.
