At Link Snacks, we are passionate about building brands consumers love. As we continue to grow across Asia Pacific, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Portfolio Marketing Manager APAC to join our Marketing & Innovation team.

Reporting to the Marketing Director APAC, this role is responsible for leading the strategic development and commercial success of our brand portfolio across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. You will lead portfolio strategy, innovation development, and integrated marketing execution while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and category leadership.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. From shaping the future innovation pipeline to delivering best-in-class brand communications and go-to-market programs, you will play a key role in accelerating growth across the Link Snacks portfolio including ANZ’s #1 Meat Snack brand Jack Link’s and #1 Natural, Clean Label brand Kooee!

Job Description

1. Portfolio Strategy & Brand Leadership: Lead the strategic direction of the APAC brand portfolio, developing annual brand plans, portfolio growth strategies, and consumer-led initiatives that drive sustainable growth across markets.
2. Innovation Strategy & Commercialisation: Translate consumer and customer insights into commercially successful innovation, managing projects from concept through launch while identifying future growth opportunities across the category.
3. Brand Communications & Consumer Engagement: Drive integrated marketing programs across digital, social, PR, content, influencer, and shopper channels to build brand awareness, engagement, and market performance.
4. Cross-Functional Business Partnering: Collaborate with Sales, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Packaging, and Procurement teams to deliver commercially strong brand and portfolio outcomes.
5. Marketing Leadership & Capability Building: Lead agency relationships, support team development, and contribute to building a high-performing marketing function that supports future business growth.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of FMCG marketing experience with progressive levels of responsibility.
• Demonstrated success building and growing consumer brands within a complex FMCG environment.
• Experience leading integrated marketing programs and full portfolio management.
• Proven innovation commercialisation experience from concept through launch.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and delivering profitable growth.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams including product development and manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate consumer and category insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
