  • Lead the development of mid- to long-term strategic plan aligned with business priorities
  • Drive portfolio strategy by leading PLCM(Product Lifecycle Management) and NPI(New Product Introduction)
  • Collaborate with global/regional teams to align local portfolio strategies with global direction, while reflecting market needs and leveraging global best practices
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to generate actionable insights and support decision-making
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives across functions
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support business growth and portfolio optimization

자격 요건

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 - 15 years of progressive marketing experience within multinational organizations
  • Proven ability to synthesize market insights into actionable business strategies and execution plans
  • Fluent in English, with extensive experience communicating and collaborating effectively with regional and global teams
  • Strong background in strategic marketing, product marketing, and portfolio management
