Stepping into the role of Portfolio Manager, this position is responsible for leading the portfolio management construct to deliver successful outcomes across a complex change agenda. The role ensures that portfolio management processes and practices are aligned with established controls, governance standards, and organizational policies, while confirming that all initiatives support the organization's strategic objectives.
This position provides oversight of the regional Markets, Banking, and Corporate Change Portfolio, encompassing end-to-end portfolio governance, delivery assurance, and senior management reporting. Responsibilities include financial oversight (including Medium Term Planning engagement), portfolio health monitoring, risk escalation, and the maintenance of control integrity across a dynamic and active regional portfolio.
The role also acts as the primary regional interface to the Global Portfolio Management function, ensuring alignment to global processes, standards, and reporting requirements, while representing regional priorities, constraints, and delivery realities into global forums. In addition, the role leads all cyclical investment planning and budgeting activities across the portfolio, including annual investment prioritization, and in-year reallocation, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, funding decisions, and delivery capacity.
This role plays a critical part in risk mitigation, to maintain portfolio control, stability, and delivery integrity during a period of ongoing change.
