
As part of the EAC portfolio team, the goal of the Portfolio Manager is to drive the development of solutions in renewable energy markets around the world and manage the offering and sales process. You will support colleagues who work on commercial agreements with retailers, intermediaries and corporate consumers active in voluntary renewable energy markets. The Offering Lead coordinates and provides transparency of all sales of Renewable Energy Certificates including the functionality of systems & tools, market updates and changes in the voluntary compliance market.

Tasks
Collaborate with the Sales Team to optimize the offering to retail clients.
Overlook the full administrative management system of Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs). This includes coordinating with the procurement/trade specialist, Key Account Management and System support.
Manage Energy Attribute Certificate requests from our Sales team and sign off proposals in coordination with the Portfolio team.
Act as EAC expert in advising clients and our sales team on available solutions and reporting standards globally.
Manage and maintain Product catalogue reflecting the teams capability in procuring and offering renewable energy solutions.
Maintain knowledge on various applicable reporting standards, such as RE100, SBTI etc.
Manage a forward looking pipeline in order to proactively manage South Pole’s demand.
Frequently provide information about products, projects and processes to clients and staff to support sales and marketing activities (e.g. campaigns).
Map and manage fulfillment of all Sales orders in collaboration with the Portfolio and Registry team. Engage with the Data and Sales team on Dashboard tracking.
Align offering strategies with RES, PM&W, Risk and Sales teams including but not limited to volume flexibility, tender management, EAC advisory mandates.
Develop a handbook with a comprehensive process map and standard operating procedures for all associated steps involved in the management of proposals and execution of orders.
Support on annual audits for sales related activities such as EAC labels.
Additional duties may be assigned based on evolving business priorities and organizational needs.
