About the job:

Credit Trader

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Trader to join our Markets team. The successful candidate will be part of the Credit Desk, with direct market exposure across credit and securitized products, contributing to pricing, risk management, balance‑sheet and credit analysis, as well as quantitative analytics.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support pricing, trading, and risk analytics across credit and securitized products (e.g. corporate credit, financials, CLOs, etc).
• Analyze and manage credit risk, spread risk, and balance‑sheet exposure, including scenario analysis and stress testing.
• Perform securitization cash‑flow modelling, tranche valuation, and relative‑value analysis across primary and secondary markets.
• Support structuring, pricing, and lifecycle management of credit and securitized transactions.
• Collaborate closely with Credit Officers, Sales Desks, Risk, Finance, and Middle Office to efficiently deploy capital and liquidity and ensure compliance with market and regulatory standards.
• Monitor market developments and provide actionable insights to the Head of Desk and Senior Management in a high‑performance trading environment.
• Develop and maintain analytical and pricing tools using Python, SQL, and VBA to enhance trading and risk workflows.
• Contribute to trading strategy development, portfolio optimization and balance‑sheet efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or related field
• MSc in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or related field will be considered an asset
• 3–5 years of experience in Credit Trading, Securitization, Structured Credit or Front‑Office Credit Analytics
• Solid understanding of credit analysis, balance‑sheet dynamics, securitization structures and cash‑flow waterfalls
• Familiarity with credit pricing models, risk metrics, and spread products
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Python, SQL and VBA will be considered an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
• High attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on attitude
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Positive, committed and engaged attitude while demonstrating a team spirit and partnership
