About Bosch Mobility Platforms (MPS)

Bosch Mobility Platforms (www.bosch-mps.com) builds integrated digital platforms across logistics, smart cities, mobility infrastructure, and utilization ecosystems.

The Digital Operating Stack (D.OS) is the foundational digital layer that enables:

  • Cloud and digital infrastructure
  • Managed platform services
  • Data aggregation and analytics solutions
  • Artificial intelligence–enabled capabilities
  • Electric vehicle platform components

D.OS powers downstream vertical solutions across logistics, parking, tolling, warehouse management, and smart infrastructure.

This role owns and grows the Digital Operating Stack (D.OS) portfolio in India.

The position is responsible for:

  • Delivering the D.OS revenue target
  • Expanding enterprise accounts beyond basic infrastructure footprint
  • Activating cross-portfolio monetization
  • Driving partner-enabled enterprise growth
  • Maintaining pricing discipline and gross margin integrity

This is a platform-led enterprise growth role. It is not a transactional cloud resale position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Ownership

  • Deliver revenue target in India
  • Own enterprise account growth and renewal strategy
  • Maintain pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy

2. Enterprise Platform Expansion

  • Expand accounts beyond infrastructure services into platform-based solutions
  • Position MPS as a long-term digital platform partner
  • Engage CXO-level stakeholders (CPO, CTO, CBO)

3. Cross-Portfolio Commercial Activation

Drive cross-sell into:

  • Logistics Operating Stack (fleet, compliance, road services solutions)
  • Utilization Operating Stack (parking, tolling, infrastructure monetization platforms)
  • Vertical Software-as-a-Service platforms (warehouse and document automation solutions)

4. Partner-Enabled Growth

  • Structure co-sell plays with system integrators and digital infrastructure partners
  • Activate cloud ecosystem partnerships
  • Build revenue-share or bundled solution models

5. Commercial Governance

  • Protect gross margins in competitive enterprise environments
  • Enforce pricing discipline

Maintain quarterly forecast accuracy within agreed thresholds

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or IT
  • MBA preferred
  • Cloud or digital platform certifications (AWS / Azure / equivalent)

Required Experience

  • 8–14 years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years selling digital infrastructure, managed services, or enterprise platform solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of closing multi-year enterprise contracts valued at ₹20 Cr or above
  • Proven experience expanding enterprise accounts by at least 25–30% year-on-year
  • Experience working with system integrators and cloud ecosystem partners
  • Exposure to logistics, mobility, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors preferred

Strong commercial structuring and negotiation capability

  • Achievement of D.OS revenue target
  • Measurable cross-sell contribution into at least two additional portfolios
  • Margin performance maintained within approved thresholds
  • At least three structured partner-led enterprise deals activated
  • Forecast accuracy within ±10%
