Responsibilities

An effective portfolio requires a leader who is passionate about delivering mission success while guiding complex technical programs through every stage of execution. It requires someone who can align operational priorities with strategic objectives, foster strong partnerships, and empower teams to deliver exceptional results. That’s why we need you, an experienced Portfolio Lead who can ensure our portfolio of technical programs achieves lasting impact for our customers.

As a Portfolio Lead on our team, you’ll provide programmatic and operational leadership across a portfolio of technical task orders by collaborating with government stakeholders, technical teams, the Program Management Office, and corporate leadership. Our clients will rely on your expertise to oversee portfolio execution across scope, cost, and schedule while ensuring contract requirements are met and mission objectives remain the priority. You’ll build trusted customer relationships, drive high-quality deliverables, and identify opportunities to improve operational performance through effective staffing, personnel management, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination. Qualifications

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting federal government programs, contracts, or technical service delivery
  • Experience with managing multiple task orders, projects, or service delivery teams within a contract portfolio
  • Experience with working directly with government program offices and senior stakeholders
  • Experience monitoring portfolio budgets, labor utilization and financial performance
  • Experience with supporting staffing, hiring, and personnel management activities
  • Experience with manaaging operational activities to support program execution such as training coordination, travel planning and materials and equipment procurement
  • Ability to lead program status reviews, briefings, and operational coordination meetings
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced mission environment
  • Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations
  • TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph
  • BS degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

  • Experience address personnell performance issues and providing mentorship and leadership to team members
  • Ability to ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements, quality standards, and schedule commitments
  • Posession of strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph is required. 

Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96.15 to $115.38 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch’s total compensation package for employees.
