The Impact You'll Make

As a Portfolio Development and Launch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Brazed Heat Exchanger portfolio. You will help define the right solutions for our customers, ensuring our products address market needs while supporting sustainable business growth.

You will be at the center of strategy, innovation, and execution, translating customer insights into competitive product offerings that create value for OEMs, partners, and end users worldwide. Your work will directly influence how our portfolio evolves and succeeds in the market.

This is a highly visible global role where you will connect market opportunities with product strategy, helping Danfoss deliver innovative solutions that support a more efficient and sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute product portfolio strategies and roadmaps that drive profitable growth and maximize customer value.
• Lead new product launch activities, ensuring products are effectively positioned, successfully introduced, and adopted in target markets.
• Gather and translate customer and market insights into innovative product concepts, portfolio improvements, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, R&D, and Strategy teams to align priorities and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Drive regional portfolio development initiatives, launch performance tracking, and strategic planning to strengthen market competitiveness.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of brazed heat exchangers and their applications within the heating and cooling industry.
• Ability to combine technical product understanding with commercial and customer-focused decision making.
• At least 5- 7 years of experience developing product portfolio strategies, roadmaps, and product launch plans.
• Proven ability to work effectively across functions, influence stakeholders, and build strong professional relationships.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify market needs and convert them into valuable business opportunities.
• Fluency in English is required.
