Randstad, the world's leading partner for talent, is investing in a Portfolio Client Partner for our Randstad Digital specialty. The Randstad Digital (RD) Portfolio Client Partner will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team that supports a large portfolio of accounts within a specific industry vertical. You will be accountable for all activities spanning the sales cycle within your portfolio: pipeline development, lead qualification, client meetings, proposal development, negotiations, and closing. The right candidate understands obstacles to successful digital transformation and can advise clients on how to mitigate risk via purpose-built innovative solutions.

Schedule: 3 days in office

  • Achieve goals for pipeline, acquisition, revenue, partnerships, brand awareness, leads, content creation, sales support, net retention, and customer engagement.
  • Use insights to influence Randstad Digital’s strategy.
  • Align all organization functions to meet commercial objectives.
  • Manage relationships, and identify global partnering opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth strategy, and finance teams to create strategies.
  • Implement Randstad Digital/Industry platform strategy for enhanced customer value.
  • Maintain sales processes for AM pods to achieve specific objectives.
  • Ensure business segment profitability and growth through temp and solutions engagements.
  • Effectively communicate Randstad Digital's value proposition and market differentiators.
  • Lead accountability and ownership culture, expanding wallet share in alignment with RD’s vision.
  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders to accelerate RD’s growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and delivery for industry sales agenda and pipeline alignment.
  • Support deployment of long-term strategic objectives for business growth and diversification.

What you need to bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a client-facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry.
  • Experience managing client P&L greater than $10M, including reporting and metric assessments.
  • Success in business solution development.
  • A strong track record of managing portfolios-ranging from sales to new sales and programs.
  • Flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments, industries, and technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The confidence and ability to plan ahead and stay the course.
  • Exceptional client management skills.
  • Financial acumen and understanding of revenue and profitability drivers.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
  • Proven ability to work in matrix enterprise structure.
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Randstad Digital operates in a hybrid work model in areas where we have offices. There should be no expectations that this is a full time remote role, even in areas where we have no offices at the time of hire. You are expected to comply with our hybrid work policy and guidelines.
