As the leading provider of decarbonisation and energy services to the public sector, our goal is to always push the boundaries; we’ll explore new solutions and technologies to make sure the journey to net zero grows ever-greener and always more efficient – for us and our customers. • Maintaining visibility of portfolio activity, tracking progress and escalating risks early.

  • Working closely with Customer Services, Billing and other teams to support a high‑quality customer experience.

  • Responding to portfolio queries and taking ownership through to completion.

  • Building effective working relationships with suppliers to support issue resolution.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency.

  • Supporting documentation of processes, including how‑to guides and process maps.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced administrative or customer service-based role.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • The ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and maintain pace.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

  • Confident use of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Excel with the ability to manipulate and interpret data.

  • Resilience and the ability to maintain momentum under pressure.

What you’ll get in return

  • Salary of £25,948.96 per annum.

  • 25 days annual leave, rising to 27 after four years.

  • Birthday Day Off.

  • One concessionary day during the Christmas period.

  • Pension scheme with 4% employer contribution.

  • Life assurance cover.
