Help Shape the Performance of One of Australia's Largest and most established Unlisted Real Estate Funds
As Portfolio Analyst within QIC Real Estate's Funds Management team, you'll be at the centre of investment decision-making for the QIC Property Fund (QPF) - one of Australia's largest and most established unlisted property funds.
You'll work directly with experienced fund managers, gain exposure to large institutional investors, contribute to portfolio strategy, analyse major developments and transactions, and help influence decisions that impact billions of dollars of real estate assets.

About the Team
The QPF Funds Management team is a high-performing, collaborative and commercially focused group that sits at the heart of QIC Real Estate.
Known for its strong culture, energy and teamwork, the team partners closely with Investment Management, Development, Asset Management, Finance, Capital Transactions, Valuations and senior leadership to drive investment performance and deliver outcomes for investors.

About the Role
Based in Brisbane and reporting to the Assistant Fund Manager, you'll play a critical role in owning and maintaining fund models, providing analytical input to portfolio performance, capital management, investor reporting and strategic decision-making across the QIC Property Fund.
You'll become a trusted member of the team, helping transform complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights that drive outcomes for investors.
No two days are the same. One day you could be analysing portfolio performance and running scenario models, while the next you might be preparing materials for institutional investors, reviewing development feasibility outcomes or responding to investor questions.
