The Opportunity

Are you ready to take on an exciting opportunity as a Portfolio Administration Officer? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Support Services team, delivering high-quality support to both our branch network and Brisbane Head Office. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate client portfolio records and ensuring exceptional service for our Wealth+ product.

What you will be doing

• Prepare and manage FATCA and W8-BEN documentation
• Maintain accurate records of foreign clients’ tax information
• Process electronic data for portfolio and record management
• Liaise with advisers to support client portfolio requirements
• Engage with external providers and share registries
• Assist with SRN conversions and Broker-to-Broker transfers
• Update and maintain cost base information
• Provide support to associated teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks

What you will bring

• Strong motivation and enthusiasm to deliver optimal outcomes
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel
• Broad understanding of securities, including HIN and SRN
