Join our team and become the driving force behind our pristine and organized housekeeping operations! You'll be at the forefront of maintaining and stocking all essential areas, from storage closets and linen rooms to employee break areas and bathrooms. Your role will include efficiently managing trash and soiled linens, ensuring they're swiftly transported to the right locations. Plus, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to drive room attendants to various condo areas, coordinating linen deliveries to keep our units impeccable. With a focus on meeting both guest and supervisor requests, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating an outstanding experience for everyone!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Transport Staff: Drive housekeeping staff safely to and from condos, ensuring seat belt use.

  • Manage Linens: Remove soiled linens and trash from condos and transport to designated areas; prepare soiled linens for pickup and organize clean linens.

  • Stock and Organize: Replenish housekeeping closets with linens and supplies, and keep them tidy and organized.

  • Assist Housekeepers: Help with vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, making beds, and washing windows.

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the company vehicle clean, fueled, and maintain a log of mileage and maintenance issues.

  • Report Issues: Inform Maintenance and supervisors of repairs, safety concerns, and inventory issues; handle lost and found items.

  • Special Projects: Perform additional tasks as assigned; work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Driving:

  • Have a valid Driver’s license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
