What you will do?

• Lead, supervise, and support the hotel porter/concierge team to deliver excellent guest service
• Coordinate luggage handling efficiently and manage workflow during peak check-in/check-out periods
• Ensure lobby, entrance, and porter stations are clean, organised, and presentable
• Provide operational support to the front office reception team during busy periods, and assist with staff training and performance management
• Ensure all VIP guest transfers are arranged, confirmed and monitored
• Manage and maintain stock orders for the porters desk and Grab & Go shop

More about you

• 2 years of previous experience in a team lead or supervisory in a 4.5 or 5-star property
• Ability to train and motivate a team
• Previous experience with Opera reservation system
• Demonstrated knowledge of front office and porter operations
• Able to work across a 7-day roster including working evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays
