Key Responsibilities:
- Serve meals and beverages to residents in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist residents with dining needs, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and common areas
- Support with setting up and cleaning dining areas before and after meals
- Help with light housekeeping tasks related to resident care and facility upkeep
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations at all times
- Work weekends as required, providing flexible support to the team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
- Ability to assist with mobility and light physical tasks
- Compassionate and respectful attitude towards residents
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
