As a Porter, you will be the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the hotel. The Porter role is key to ensuring a personalised experience throughout their stay. What you will do?

• Welcome guests on arrival, guide them to their rooms, explain amenities and services, and assist throughout their stay
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Recommend dining, entertainment, shopping, tours and sightseeing options
• Assist with valet parking, organising airport transfers and taxis, and manage luggage to and from rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby, entrance, and baggage areas
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

More about you

• Exceptional customer service skills, positive attitude, and professional appearance
• At least 6-months of experience as a Porter or in a similar role
• Experience in a 5-star hotel environment
• Knowledge of Movielink and Vingcard systems desirable
• Valid Manual NT Full Driver’s license - C & B class
• Commercial passenger vehicle licence (H endorsement) or willingness to obtain if successful
• Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends, and public holidays
