Pay Range: $16.00 to $20.00

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of a residential community in the Las Vegas area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, and making a visible impact every day. You will play a key role in creating a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove trash, debris, and litter
• Maintain clean walkways, parking areas, and dumpster enclosures
• Keep common areas such as hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and pool areas clean and presentable
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks including changing light bulbs, painting touch ups, and lock changes
• Support unit turn preparation by helping with basic cleaning or minor repairs
• Distribute resident notices and provide a friendly presence throughout the community
• Report any safety hazards, maintenance needs, or unusual activity to management
• Maintain equipment and supplies in an organized manner

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or landscaping is helpful but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to walk, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe community
