What You’ll Do:
Be the welcoming face of The Rees Hotel, assisting guests with check-in, luggage, and local recommendations
Promote and arrange activities and experiences tailored to guests’ preferences
Safely operate our guest shuttle and other company vehicles
Ensure all guest needs are met in a friendly, timely, and professional manner, delivering the personalized service we’re known for
Overnight support is expected as part of the role.
What We’re Looking For:
A great communicator with a passion for people and a keen sense of hospitality
Full, clean driver’s licence (Passenger Endorsement is a bonus)
Ability to work independently, while thriving in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in front-of-house roles at high-end properties is beneficial but not essential – we value personality, adaptability, and enthusiasm
Knowledge of the local area is a huge plus – share your insights!
Strong English skills; a second language is a bonus for our diverse guests
Competent with computers; experience using PMS systems is a bonus
Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays – perfect for those who love to balance work and life
Physically fit, with a high standard of grooming
