Job Description

AB Facility Services is seeking a Porter to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment and will have experience with pressure washing and general facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and porter duties throughout the assigned facility.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, entrances, walkways, restrooms, and other designated areas.
• Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, building exteriors, parking areas, loading areas, and other surfaces as needed.
• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment safely and properly.
• Remove trash and debris and maintain outdoor areas in a clean and presentable condition.
• Assist with minor maintenance and general facility upkeep.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues to management.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers, employees, and visitors.
• Perform other cleaning and facility-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, commercial cleaning, or facilities experience preferred.
• Pressure washing experience required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to safely operate pressure washing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift and move materials as needed.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
