What You’ll Do

As a Lot Porter, you will help keep the dealership running smoothly by supporting our sales and service teams, maintaining vehicle presentation, and assisting customers with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities include:

Greet and assist customers as they arrive for service or vehicle drop-off
Move, park, and organize vehicles throughout the dealership lot
Support sales and service operations by helping maintain vehicle flow
Deliver vehicles and assist with shuttle driving needs as required
Clean, wash, and maintain vehicles to ensure they are presentation-ready
Check tire pressure, add air, fuel vehicles, and assist with basic lot maintenance
Help keep the showroom, service drive, lot, and dealership grounds clean and professional
Recognize basic vehicle or facility maintenance needs and notify management
Run dealership errands and support the team where needed
Represent Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth with a helpful, professional attitude

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications include:

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including cars, light trucks, vans, and both automatic and manual transmissions
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members
Team-first mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
Dependability, urgency, and a positive attitude
