As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are clean, organized, and conducive to a positive customer experience. This position requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming various areas of the facility.
• Ensure all restrooms, break rooms, and public areas are properly sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist with the setup and teardown of events and meetings as needed.
• Monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to management in a timely manner.
• Engage with customers and staff, providing assistance and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisory staff.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for all.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in custodial or maintenance roles is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
