The Porter is responsible for providing courteous and efficient assistance to guests, primarily with luggage handling and escorting guests within the property. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first and last impression by delivering warm hospitality and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room transfers.
• Escort guests to and from rooms, facilities, and transportation points as required.
• Provide basic information about the property, facilities, and services.
• Ensure proper handling and care of guest belongings at all times.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest movement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of luggage storage areas.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school certificate or equivalent preferred.
