Job Description

  • ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Portal Admin is primarily responsible for prioritizing and organizing service requests in preparation for dispatch. In addition to preparing the workload for dispatch, the Portal Admin will be responsible for accepting and updating through the customer service portals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating Calls from email request from Onshore Tech and Service Delivery Specialist
  • Acceptance of service calls from customer portals
  • Updating customer systems such as Service Channel, Corrigo and other customer portals
  • Uploading of Estimates
  • Customer communication via portal for estimate requests, update on pending Work Order and other inquiries
  • Monitoring of the technicians ETA
  • Uploading of billing and WO details in a 3rd party portal

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational background required / desired: College Graduate, general education or equivalent
  • Work experience required / desired: Customer Service Agent/Representative
  • Years of experience required / desired: 2+ years' experience in customer service (I/O calling)
  • Communications skills (English Proficiency) required / desired: Excellent (at least 9/10)*
  • MS Office applications proficiency required / desired: Excellent (at least 9/10)*

Other qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills through the English language
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet goals and
  • deadlines
  • Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-tas
