Job Description

Portage Practitioner | 10017 | Permanent Contract | 16 hours per week – Term time plus 1 week | £11,924.95 to £12,534.20 per annum | Grade G | Kings Lynn

An exciting opportunity to work within the highly respected Norfolk Portage team, within Inclusion & Belonging team within Children's Services.

We are seeking a Portage Practitioner within our friendly and supportive team for 16 hours per week, term time plus 1 week, to work in the West area of the county, covering King's Lynn and surrounding areas.

It is essential that you have your own transport and are prepared to drive to offer Small Steps to Learning educational home visiting to children with SEND aged 0-5 years and their families.
