Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive outbound full van shipments
• Receive shipments stuffed inside container van; check the shipments and give van seal
• Encoding works at the container yard office
• Issue container transfer slips for hustling operations
• Issue gate pass for LCL cargoes
• Prepare packing list/consolidation report of outbound LCL shipments
• Issue gate pass for incoming shipments withdrawal
• Monitor van (destination) stickers and sakoline rolls
• Back-up CY operations checker
• Back-up door checker
• Back-up port operations checker
• Back-up employee of National Shore Operations division

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree Level or equivalent.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
• Ability to sort, check, count, and verify documents properly
• Can work with less supervision
• Computer Literate
