Join our global TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in Singapore as a Port Delivery Team Manager

Your mission will be to plan and deliver port operations across assigned regions, ensuring all shore excursions and turnaround services meet client agreements and service standards. Lead, coach and coordinate local operations teams, ensuring readiness through effective recruitment, training and performance management. Manage resource allocation, including staffing, transport and suppliers, to optimize operational efficiency and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise clients, suppliers and local authorities to support seamless delivery and long-term partnerships. Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to support pricing, new product development and operational alignment. Ensure accurate administration, financial control and proactive resolution of operational issues, particularly during peak periods and disruptions.

  • Excellent communication skills in English - other European languages would be advantageous.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Plan and deliver all port operations (shore excursions/turnarounds) within the assigned ports/region, ensuring service levels and client agreements are met.
  • Coordinate and lead local operations teams (team leaders, agents and seasonal/casual staff); set objectives, coach performance, and ensure recruitment and training readiness for each season.
  • Standardize ways of working across destinations and ensure teams have strong operational and product knowledge to consistently deliver the highest service standards.
  • Manage planning and resource allocation including total approved hours (current and future needs), including dispatch organization and supplier selection (transport, guides) to optimize profitability per call.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise clients, port/destination representatives, suppliers and authorities; act as an out-of-hours contact as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration (post-operation documentation, data loading, invoicing closure) and prompt follow-up on operational issues, complaints and corrective actions.
  • Provide hands-on operational support during peak/congested dates, disruptions (e.g., strikes) and emergencies, including travel to destinations when needed.
  • Supports the Country Manager with financial reporting by preparing and validating operational financial data, costs, and variances as well as ensuring all invoicing is completed on time for both clients and suppliers and follow up if required.
