MISSION
Under the authority of the French Agencies Operations Manager, you develop and lead the operations on you scope and assure the good progress of the stopovers ships being the interface between the lines, ships, harbour and the customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this context, you assure the good progress of the operations, the over stopovers and the consignment of the various ships within your team, to optimize the service provided (followed by the efficiencies on handling, schedule modification, procedure of loading and unloading, followed of the anomalies and disputes)
Real entry point for Lines and the ship owner, you facilitate relation between the different parts. If need you arbitrate to defend the interests of the ship owner.
You settle the complex fields and go with the external people aboard ships (VIP, customers, press).
You supply in your management the weekly and monthly statistics of your activity.
You lead and manage a team.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
With a Logistic Transport diploma, you justify a solid operational experience and have a good knowledge of the harbour jobs on a similar function.
You are proactive and have management skills. Your proficiency in French and English as well as persuasive and good interpersonal skills will help you to be successful in the performance of your duties.
