Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for a Housekeeper to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA!

What Our Housekeepers Do

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of showroom floors, customer waiting areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces to support a professional dealership environment.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and maintained to a high standard.
• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, waste removal, and maintaining floors across various surfaces.
• Monitor and replenish customer amenities such as coffee stations, refreshments, and waiting area supplies.
• Support cleanliness of the service drive and other customer-facing service areas as needed.
• Assist with special cleaning projects, event setup/cleanup, and other operational needs as requested.
• Assist with light shop support tasks, including maintaining shop cleanliness, supporting fluid and supply replenishment, assisting with waste disposal (e.g., scrap metal, used tires), and cleaning service lane/shop floors using appropriate equipment.

Your Pre-Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of custodial experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates
