Responsibilities

The Automotive Technician is responsible for accurately diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest dealership and manufacturer standards while ensuring optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns.
• Perform advanced repairs and maintenance to Porsche standards.
• Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, and services.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure timely workflow.
• Support and mentor technicians with technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Porsche Bronze & Silver Certified Technicians Minimum 2 years of professional Porsche technician experience required.
• Porsche Gold Certified Technicians: Minimum 3 years of professional Porsche technician experience required.
• ASE and other manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• High-producing, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Compensation

Estimated hourly flagging production rate ranges by Porsche certification level:

• Bronze: $35–$42/hour
• Silver: $45–$55/hour
• Gold: $58–$63/hour
