Popai Health is a fast-growing health tech startup transforming the way care teams engage with patients. We build AI tools that analyze phone conversations between care managers and patients, surfacing insights, automating documentation, and helping close care gaps - so teams can focus on what matters most: delivering better care.

Position

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead a complete end-to-end process, from initial data discovery within a product context, through advanced data analysis and validation, and close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure excellent delivery to customers.

This position is instrumental in the development and optimization of Popai Health’s solutions and requires a strong understanding of product lifecycle, data analysis, and data science principles within a healthcare context.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Work with large healthcare datasets to develop a deep understanding of customers, their business objectives, and care environments, using advanced data analysis and AI tools, including proprietary text-analysis capabilities..
• Product Development: Leverage data-backed product insights and translate them into solutions that effectively address customer needs.
• LLM Pipeline Design and Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to develop, monitor, and continuously improve agentic pipelines, by focusing on performance evaluation (manual and automatic) and optimization techniques.

Requirements

• Experience 3+ years of hands-on analytics experience in a product led environment. Healthtech experience - an advantage.
• Technical Proficiency High proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Analytical Strength Robust understanding of statistical analysis, data science methodologies and rigorous analytical reasoning.
• Product Ownership Strong product thinking and proven experience in leading processes from initial idea to production.
• Communication Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Impact and Insight A track record of using data backed insights and business thinking to affect decision making.
• LLM Experience hands-on experience integrating LLM models into live products - an advantage.
