Your opportunity

Our Businesses team meets customer needs by working closely with brand and business partners. Within this, the Pop-Up & Kiosk Leasing team is responsible for delivering engaging and commercially successful pop-up retail experiences across our Westfield destinations. The team partners with retailers, emerging brands and business operators to activate temporary retail opportunities that enhance customer experience, introduce new and innovative concepts and contribute to destination vibrancy and commercial performance.

  • The Pop-Up Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and occupancy outcomes across a defined portfolio of pop-up retail and kiosk opportunities within Westfield destinations .
  • The role combines proactive business development with strong relationship management, identifying and securing retail partners that enhance customer experience while delivering strong commercial outcomes for the business . Operating in a fast-moving and highly customer-focused environment, the role manages the end-to-end leasing process across temporary retail opportunities, from prospecting and negotiations through to operational readiness and retailer onboarding .
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of pop-up retail and kiosk leasing opportunities across Westfield centres.
  • Identify, engage and secure new retail partners and emerging brands that align with customer and commercial objectives.
  • Build strong retailer relationships to drive repeat business, long-term partnerships and new leasing opportunities.
  • Lead retailer engagement, site tours and commercial negotiations, progressing opportunities through to execution and launch.
  • Maintain an active leasing pipeline, accurate forecasting and CRM reporting to maximise occupancy and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with centre, operations and leasing teams to ensure successful retailer onboarding, operational readiness and compliance, while leveraging market insights to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
