Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company's digital strategy and customer needs.
• Maintain a product roadmap and strategy to drive digital innovation and business growth.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to delivery and ongoing optimization.
• Manage business requirements and define clear product goals and KPIs.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for sprint planning.
• Balance business value, technical feasibility, and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business, operations, IT, compliance) to gather requirements and align on product priorities.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and outcomes to all stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams as part of the Agile Scrum team to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance metrics (e.g., user adoption, uptime, satisfaction).
• Identify and mitigate product-related risks and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Demonstrated ability in backlog grooming, prioritization, and writing clear user stories.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, design, IT, compliance).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Industry experience in the banking or financial services sector.
• Preferred technologies: Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Firebase).
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Certifications in Scrum Product Ownership (CSPO), Agile, or SAFe are advantageous.
