1. The ability to follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.

2. Pick up debris and trash on pool deck and grounds.

3. To maintain, vacuum, operate skimmers and all associated pool equipment.

4. Adjust Pool Chemicals and maintain according to instructions

5. Adjust Pool Temperatures and maintain according to instructions

6. Refer Pool Chemistry problems to manager promptly

7. Maintain and correct chemical levels in water production, waste and pool plant.

8. Water Clarity is maintained

9. Carry out maintenance and service to water and waste water facilities and systems.

10. Pump Room is serviced and maintained (pumps, Filters and controllers).

11. Safety Issues are identified and addressed

12. Facility appearance and cleanliness is maintained

13. Spring Clean-up

14. Winterization

15. Preventative Maintenance Program

16. Computerized tracking and reports

17. Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions; install, replace or repair damaged equipment; calibrate thermostatic controls.

18. Adjust and maintain internal electrical and electronic control systems.

19. Assemble and install metal duct work.

20. Installations works of heating, cooling, pumping systems associated with electro mechanical plant.

21. Maintain records and write reports.

22. Respond to public inquiries in a courteous manner; provide information within the area of assignment; resolve complaints in an efficient and timely manner.

23. Estimate time, materials and equipment required for jobs assigned; requisition materials as required.

24. Perform related duties and responsibilities as required

25. The ability to assist in providing electrical repair and maintenance to motors, starters, breakers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.

26. The ability to assist in socket repair and replacement.

27. The ability to assist in installing electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors and associated equipment.

28. The ability to assist in providing set-ups for exhibits and conventions including maintaining equipment for exhibits.

29. The ability to assist in providing preventive maintenance of all electrical/mechanical/plumbing equipment and updating of appropriate logs.

30. The ability to clean all stations in Engineering and maintain a neat and organized department.

31. The ability to respond to all guest complaints regarding the maintenance of their room or public area in a timely manner.

32. The ability to assist in performing preventive maintenance in guestrooms and public areas.

33. The ability to assist on all plumbing stoppages and repairs in the resort

34. The ability to repair an assortment of items brought to the shop by other departments.

35. The ability to assist in cleaning grease traps, filters and drains and other equipment/areas as necessary.

36. The ability to assemble desks, shelving, cabinets, etc. as assigned.

37. The ability to assist Shift engineers on major shut downs for repairs.

38. The ability to maintain logs for all work performed while on duty within department and those in other departments as they apply to Engineering Repairs.

39. The ability to assist in installing or relocating any additional or existing equipment when necessary.
