We are seeking an enthusiastic, guest-focused Pool Server to join our team at Cabana Bar at The St. Anthony Hotel. As a Pool Server, you will create a relaxing and memorable experience for our guests by delivering prompt, friendly food and beverage service right to their poolside lounge chairs. If you love the sun, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and take pride in exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
What will you be doing?
Greet pool guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take food and beverage orders and accurately input them into the point-of-sale system.
Deliver orders promptly and check back to ensure guest satisfaction.
Be knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and current promotions.
Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Assist in setting up and breaking down the pool area for service daily.
Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
Ensure guest safety and comfort by following all pool and food safety procedures.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What is required?
Previous experience as a server or in a hospitality role preferred.
Must be able to obtain any required food handler or alcohol service permits within 45 days of hire.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be able to lift and carry trays and stand for long periods.
Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
