Job Description

• Maintain a consistent on‑site presence at the pool area
• Monitor pool and surrounding areas for safety, rule compliance, and general order
• Perform random foot patrols of the pool and adjacent facilities
• Enforce community pool rules and organizational policies (Pool Rules & Etiquette)
• Address concerns professionally and escalate issues as appropriate
• Provide resident escort services to parking areas when needed

Qualifications

• This role does not involve lifeguard duties and does not include water rescue or swim monitoring
