Do you enjoy working outdoors, using your hands, and taking pride in a job well done? America’s Swimming Pool Company (ASP) is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.
We’re seeking someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. If you value integrity, enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather, and are committed to delivering true “resort-quality service,” we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Manage a weekly pool service route, including cleaning and maintenance
• Perform basic equipment checks and handle routine repair tasks
• Maintain proper chemical levels and balance water chemistry for each pool
• Keep your company vehicle stocked with necessary tools and chemicals
• Follow company standards to deliver consistent, high-quality service

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and driving record check
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable

Compensation: $600.00 - $900.00 per week
