About the role

Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is seeking a passionate and attentivePool Experience Model for our luxury urban resort pool venue, Bar Bibi. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering Bardo’s signature warm, anticipatory service while setting the mood for our club members and resort guests.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests to the pool and Bar Bibi, assisting with seating, cabanas, and the overall pool experience
• Complete opening/closing duties while maintaining the appearance of the pool deck
• Assist with setting up cabanas, towel duties, straightening chairs, and all other pool experience duties
• Participate in pool safety programs, training, and ensure overall guest safety

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all guests and team members
• The ability to work as part of a team or independently
• The ability multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
• Will meet established department appearance standards
• Ability to endure abundant physical movements in various work areas
• Able to work in the changing weather conditions of an outside environment
