POOL & BEACH SERVER

Palm Heights is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Pool & Beach Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in our beach, pool, and cabana areas. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service across the beach, pool, and cabana areas while creating personalized and memorable guest experiences.
• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional manner, building genuine relationships and recognizing returning guests whenever possible.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, daily specials, and beverage offerings to confidently guide guests and provide recommendations.
• Accurately take orders, manage guest checks, and process transactions using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring presentation and service standards are consistently met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly resolve concerns or escalate issues when appropriate.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including the setup, breakdown, stocking, and preparation of service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all guest-facing and service areas.
• Work collaboratively with culinary, bar, and resort teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold Palm Heights' standards of professionalism, presentation, and responsible alcohol service at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Food & Beverage experience within a luxury hotel, resort, beach club, or upscale dining environment.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, including the ability to confidently recommend menu items and beverage pairings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of luxury hospitality standards and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional presentation, strong attention to detail, a team oriented mindset, and guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Hourly Range: US$8.00 - US$14.00+ gratuities

Benefits: In accordance with Cayman Islands law
