Luxury boutique resort has an opportunity for a Pool & Beach Manager.
Role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pool, beach, and pool bar areas, ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization. This role supervises the Pool & Beach Team, manages setup and service throughout the day, and ensures guests and owners enjoy a safe, relaxing, and memorable experience.
The Pool & Beach Manager must be hands-on, professional, and guest-focused, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, approachable, and solution-oriented attitude.
Candidates must be able to swim and manage watersports equipment.
Ability to perform CPR, First Aid & AED
