The Pool & Beach F&B Manager is responsible for leading all dining and beverage experiences across the resort’s pool and beach venues. This role plays a key part in delivering elevated, resort-style service while driving revenue, efficiency, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume luxury environment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with strong food and beverage experience, a natural presence on the floor, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant, bar, and service operations across pool and beach venues
• Deliver seamless, high-touch service experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and on-property spend
• Drive food and beverage revenue through service excellence, upselling, and creative guest experiences
• Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and venue readiness
• Lead, train, and inspire pool and beach service teams, bartenders, and attendants
• Maintain luxury presentation standards across all dining areas, menus, stations, and service points
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage leadership on menu execution and promotions
• Monitor guest feedback and address service concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations
• Control labor costs, manage inventory, and support departmental budgeting
• Assist with resort events, activations, and seasonal programming at pool and beach outlets

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience in a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong background in pool, beach, or outdoor dining operations
• Previous Caribbean or resort experience preferred
• Proven leadership ability in fast-paced, high-energy service environments
• Solid financial understanding, including labor management and revenue optimization
• Excellent communication skills with a strong guest-focused mindset
• Hands-on leadership with a player-coach mentality
• Knowledge of pool safety and lifeguard operations is considered an asset
